Before we can apply the P5EX patch, you need to download all the latest patches for P5. Moving the patch.yml to RPCS3’s patches folder will not work as RPCS3 will not recognize that file as their own patch.yml.

You’ll get this error if you open the Patch Manager window in RPCS3.

This will pop up when attempting to move the patch.yml into RPCS3's patches folder.

This means we have to generate RPCS3’s patch.yml, which will be saved in RPCS3’s patches folder.
