# Enabling Debug Console mode

**If you know that Debug Console Mode has been checked, jump to the** [**Moving files section**](/how-to-install-p5ex/getting-started/setup/moving-files-to-p5-directory.md)**.**

Right click your game in RPCS3’s game list > *Change Custom Configuration*.

A window will pop up with the title: "**Settings: \[Serial value] Persona 5**"

From here, navigate to the Advanced tab which is next to the Emulator tab.

Under the *Core* section, make sure to check **Debug Console Mode**, click *Apply, then click Save custom configuration*. This will close out the *Settings* window.
