Why is this in the modding community?

This is more so a guide and an information list for those that wish to get the conditions that are required to trigger the flags and events for those endings. People may use cheat engine to obtain these events, so I thought that I create this guide to make things a lot more easier for both the user and the person who has to Google a fuck ton.
